Delivery timelines

Standard catalogue pieces ship within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Custom-made pieces follow a 6–10 week production timeline from design approval, plus transit time to your location.

Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide. International freight for stone furniture is handled by experienced crating and freight partners. Shipping costs are calculated and confirmed at the time of order based on dimensions, weight and destination.

Packaging

Every piece is inspected and photographed before dispatch. Stone furniture is packed in custom-built protective crating designed for the specific dimensions of your piece. We do not use generic packaging for fragile or heavy items.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by WhatsApp or email at the point of dispatch. For international freight shipments, we provide milestone updates at each stage of transit.

Damages in transit

In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, photograph it immediately before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange assessment and resolution promptly.
