By placing an order with Lithospaces, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. For custom orders, production begins only after you approve the final design specification. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and are exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise. Custom order pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm standard catalogue orders. For custom commissions, a deposit is required at design approval stage with the balance due before dispatch. Payment details are shared during the order process.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made to your specification. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Design changes requested before production begins may be accommodated at our discretion.
